General Shipping Info

For larger orders and/or urgent orders, please email us for a shipping quote

Due to elevated order volume and increased demand, some orders may take additional processing time. Any styles or colors on backorder may require additional processing time for orders.

Please email Mrlahats@gmail.com to request expedited order processing (if available).

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. We offer the below shipping methods:

**UPS & USPS depending on certain region normally does not ship on Saturdays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested for an additional fee. 

Tracking

Please allow a minimum of 1 to 2 business days for tracking to update.

USPS tracking sometimes updates when the package reaches the destination sort center.

Please note:

We will not be responsible for transit delays due to weather, service interruptions, seasonal staff shortages, or any other reason may occur and are out of our control. 

We reserve the right to choose the service that will reach fastest by estimates provided by carriers.

We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation. If the carrier scans delivery to the address on the order, and you do not receive it, we will assist in filing a stolen or lost claim. We will not issue a refund or replacment if tracking shows delivered.

Inventory
We do our best to maintain updated and accurate inventory, but cannot guarantee that all items/styles/colors/quantities will be in stock at the time orders are placed. We will notify you if any items ordered are short, on backorder, etc.
